WhiteWater Express Acquires Whitewalls Car Wash and Mustang Express Car Wash and Opens Another Michigan Location

HOUSTON – (BUSINESS WIRE) – WhiteWater Express Car Wash (“WhiteWater”), an express car wash headquartered in Houston, acquired Whitewalls Car Wash (“Whitewalls”), an operator of two units, on August 31. WhiteWater will continue to expand in Houston with five major openings planned over the next six months.
WhiteWater also acquired Mustang Express Car Wash, a newly built facility in Marble Falls, TX on August 18th. The car wash is scheduled to open in the next two weeks. WhiteWater has two other locations in Austin that will open over the next four months.
As part of these acquisitions, WhiteWater will take all employees on board as usual. WhiteWater will continue to offer its signature unlimited membership program, towel exchange program, vacuum cleaners, mat cleaners and air guns in all locations.
WhiteWater also celebrated the opening of 5032 S Cedar Street in Lansing, MI on August 12th. WhiteWater is expected to open or acquire four additional Michigan locations in 2021 as the company continues its growth in the Midwest through its development partnership with the HyperShine Car Wash team.
